- 2 shots gin
- 1 cup Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Lime wedges, to garnish
- Thyme, to garnish
- Combine gin, Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Garnish with lime and thyme.
