Cinnamon Whisky Sour

Ingredients
- Large handful ice cubes
- 3 shots bourbon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Nexba Kombucha (we’ve used Cinnamon & Lime, but any flavour works!)
- Star anise, sage and lemon wedges, to garnish
Method
- Distribute ice cubes between 2 glasses.
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Evenly distribute between the glasses and top up with Nexba Kombucha.
- Garnish with star anise, sage and/or lemon wedges.
