- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 3 shots white rum
- 1 handful ice cubes
- Nexba Lemon Squash Soft Drink
- Kiwi fruit, to garnish
- Lime, to garnish
- Combine kiwi fruit, lime juice and a few mint leaves in a high power blender, blend until pureed.
- Combine white rum and kiwi blend.
- Distribute ice cubes, mint leaves and kiwi fruit/lime wheels between 2 glasses.
- Spoon in the kiwi fruit puree and finish with Nexba Lemon Squash Soft Drink.
