- 1 shot white rum
- 1/2 small lime, thinly sliced (+ additional lime to garnish)
- 6 mint leaves (+ extra to garnish)
- 1 handful ice cubes
- Nexba Elderflower & Lemon Kombucha
- Place rum, sliced lime and mint leaves in a glass (or cocktail shaker) and muddle using a muddling stick or wooden spoon.
- Then add ice cubes and top with Nexba Elderflower and Lemon Kombucha.
- Garnish with lime and mint.
