We married the classic mojito cocktail recipe with Aussie mango and Nexba Naturally Sugar Free Sparkling Water for the perfect summer sip!
- 30ml white rum
- 1/2 cup fresh mango, chopped
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- Fresh mint, clapped
- 125ml Nexba Mango Sparkling Water
- Add fresh mango and lime juice to a shaker and muddle (don’t have a muddler? Use the back of a spoon!).
- Add white rum, mint, ice and Nexba Mango Sparkling Water to the shaker.
- Roll the shaker back and forth (to make sure the mint and mango doesn’t break up too much).
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprig and enjoy!
