- 3 shots Bourbon
- 1 1/2 cups Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey, melted
- 1 handful ice cubes
- Pear wedges, to garnish
- Lime wheels, to garnish
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- Combine bourbon, Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha, lemon juice and honey in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Divide ice cubes between 2 glasses and pour cocktail over ice.
- Garnish with fresh pear wedges, lime wheels and/or mint leaves.
