- 40ml Seppeltsfield Road Barossa Shiraz Gin
- 1-2 lemon wedges
- Ice cubes
- Nexba Watermelon, Cucumber & Mint Probiotic Sparkling Water
- Mint sprig to garnish
- Add lemon wedges to a highball glass and muddle.
- Add mint springs and Seppeltsfield Road Barossa Shiraz Gin.
- Add crushed ice and mix.
