Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes, diced
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 small red chilli, finely diced
- 2 tbsp Nexba Mango Kombucha
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- Pinch salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
Serve with Booch Battered Fish Tacos and Probiotic Guacamole at your next BBQ or taco night!
