Ingredients
Overnight Oats Mixture
- 2 ½ cups oats
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 3 bottles Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 3 tbsp raisins
Stewed Cinnamon Apple
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 3 apples, chopped into cubes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
To serve (per single serve)
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 tbsp almonds, sliced
Method
- In a large bowl combine the oats, chia seeds, Nexba Apple, Pear & Ginger Kombucha, cinnamon and raisins. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps and everything is dispersed. Separate into 5 jars or containers and place in the fridge overnight.
- To make the stewed apple, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add in the apples and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally until the apple is softened, about 10 minutes. Store in a jar or container and serve over the oats. This can be eaten either hot or cold.
- Serve the oats with stewed apple, yoghurt, almond butter, almonds and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
