Nothing says summer (or Aussie christmas) quite like the sweet, juicy taste of mango. Even better when it’s blended into a mango lassi. 

This sparkling mango lassi recipe is really the best of both worlds… No need to choose between a thirst- quenching soft drink or a refreshing mango smoothie when you can have two in one.

You can use greek yoghurt for a more traditional lassi or for a vegan friendly option you can substitute with coconut yoghurt.
